ABOUT
Matt Fanoe has been a thought leader and change agent in corporate real estate throughout his career. As Vice-President of Real Estate for Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR), Matt was responsible for managing over 600 properties covering 50 million square feet of office and industrial space. While at CCR, Matt was responsible for optimizing a diverse real estate portfolio, including the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of offices, distribution centers and manufacturing plants. Matt also led the CCR real estate transition team through one of the largest integrations in corporate history. As former Chairman of the Board of CoreNet Global, Matt was known for his effective leadership style, and through strategic restructuring created a stable financial model that is still in place. He was one of the first three inductees into the CoreNet Global Distinguished Leaders Circle, which honors those who have added significant value to the corporate real estate profession. Throughout his career, Matt has been a champion of DE&I, strategizing with senior management on procurement spending goals. Matt holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing/Finance from UC Berkeley.
